ISG also provides market research for The Bedford Group, including market and pricing analyses, feasibility studies, and coordinating focus group inquiries to help keep abreast of the always fluctuating market.  ISG keeps its parent company continually up-to-date with weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and highly detailed reviews of all sales documentation.

The firm also provides real estate services to buyers interested in purchasing homes in the resale market. ISG Realty is the firm's resale division and houses a dynamic and energetic group of real estate professionals.
