In addition to providing services that complement its new home business, Bedford also delivers resale services and mortgage products through its subsidiaries ISG Realty and Bedford Mortgage Corp. These entities were established to not only provide quality resale and finances services to the urban marketplace, but also to help build Bedford's brand as a full service community development firm.

Lastly, in response to the growing need of affordable housing opportunities in urban areas, Bedford has also formed a strategic alliance with Corridor Economic Development Corporation (CEDC), a nonprofit community development corporation. Since 1988, CEDC has provided housing and supportive services to low-income residents and seniors throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.
