With the Santa Rosa Mountains as its backdrop, the Villas at Desert Cove consists of 178 newly constructed condominium units that rest along an 18-hole golf course in Cathedral City, California. This 7.58 acre project is in the sphere of influence of several major Cathedral City Redevelopment projects, including the City Hall, the Mary Pickford Theater, a 300 room Sheraton Flag Hotel with Casistas, and several newly constructed senior and affordable housing units.
