Shepherd Hills Apartments

Shepherd Hills is a 195 affordable multifamily apartment complex in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Located within the City of Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency’s boundaries, this project contains 82 two-bedroom and 113 three-bedroom units for large families at 60% of the Area Medium Income or below.

In addition to addressing the local community’s severe need for affordable family housing, the Shepherd Hills project also offers residents a myriad of amenities including an outdoor pool, spa, an indoor recreational facility, community room, gated entry, secured parking, and an organized supportive services program.
