The Rugby Apartments is an urban mixed-used development located in South Los Angeles. Developed for low-income seniors, this project contains 184 affordable units and 10,000 square feet of commercial space. To help meet the special needs of its senior populace, Rugby’s commercial space is occupied by the Altamed Medical Facility, which provides transportation, medical and adult health care services.
