Las Mariposas Family Apartments is a multifamily development located near Downtown Los Angeles. The project consisted of the gut rehabilitation of two dilapidated brick buildings. Since its architectural character dates back to the 1930’s, Bedford wanted to maintain its historical significance by preserving its original brick design. Las Mariposas contains 24 two-, three- and four-bedroom units designed for families.
