Another “senior only” community, Bedford developed the Glenmary Apartments to cater to low-income grandparents who are raising their grandchildren.

The 14-unit project consists of 6 two-bedrooms, 7 three-bedrooms, and one 1 four-bedroom. The units range in size from 890 to 1,000 square feet and are all handicapped accessible.

In addition to the on-site community room and laundry facility, the project is also within walking distance to local schools, recreational centers and public transportation lines.
