The Avalon Place Senior Apartments contains 76 senior affordable housing units.  Located in South Los Angeles, Avalon Place offers 60 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom units ranging in size from 640 to 845 square feet.

The Avalon Place project is a 4 story wood/stucco building located in a neighborhood that consists primarily of single family homes interspersed with multifamily units.
