Athens Terrace is a gated community of 41 attached three-story townhomes in South Los Angeles, California. Each townhome contains either three- or four-bedrooms together with generous private terraces and attached two car-garages. All garages include electronically controlled roll-up doors for added security.
The front door of most residences opens onto a garden courtyard, with the ground level of most of the homes connecting to their garages.
